Versum allows you to specify where you get your customers from. Apart from default acquisition sources, you can also define your own, customised ones.
Tip: You can use the acquisition source filter in the customers module to find all customers acquired through a given channel. > More on search criteria (filters)
In order to add your own acquisition source:
- Sign in as an administrator
- Click settings in the left sidebar
- Click the customers button:
- In the menu on the left, click Customer acquisition source:
- Click the Add new source button on the right
- Enter the name of the acquisition source and click add.
In order to edit or delete a customised acquisition source:
- Sign in as an administrator
- Click settings in the left sidebar
- Click the customers button
- In the menu on the left, click Customer acquisition source
- Depending on what you would like to do, click edit or delete:
If you edit an acquisition source, after you've clicked edit, enter a new name and click save changes.
