The Versum system allows for advanced filtering of the customer base. You can quickly find customers by filling in given search criteria to add them to a group, send them a message or for other purposes. To refine your searches, you can combine any number of filters.


In order to find customers who meet selected criteria go to the customers module and click the required criterion in the menu on the left. In order to see all available criteria, click the + more button.



Gender


You can use this filter to find customers of a given sex. 

Sample scenario:
Creating a mailing list for a marketing campaign targeted at customers of a particular sex, e.g. a special offer on the Women's Day.

Age


You can use this filter to find customers of a particular age.


Sample scenario: 

Running a campaign for customers within a particular age group, e.g. seniors.


Products bought


You can use this filter to find customers who purchased a particular product or products in a selected period. 


Sample scenario: 

Selecting a target group for a marketing campaign of a given product or brand. Customers who use particular products are more likely to buy complementary products or products of their favourite brand.


Spendings


You can use this filter to create a list with the highest spendings in the selected period.


Sample scenario:

Holding an annual event for best/VIP customers.


Date added


You can use this filter to find new customers in a given period.


Sample scenario:

Checking the number of customers added in a given period allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of that campaign.


Belong to groups


You can use this filter to create a list of customers who belong to several groups at the same time or who belong to any of them.


Sample scenario:

Finding customers who both belong to the VIP group and attended a meeting with a dietitian, and sending them a message advertising modern body shaping treatments. 


Acquisition source


You can use this filter to check how many customers have been acquired through a given channel (e.g. customer referral, press advertising etc). You can also define your own acquisition source and a respective filter will be automatically created (» More about customised acquisition sources).

Sample scenario: 
Running a marketing campaign, adding a customised acquisition source for this campaign and checking how many customers have been acquired using the acquisition source filter.


Services purchased


You can use this filter to find customers who used particular services in a given period. 


Sample scenario:

Creating a recipient group for a marketing campaign advertising a particular type of services. 


Have an appointment


You can use this filter to find customers scheduled for appointments in a given period.


Sample scenario:

Notifying customers about a malfunction of the credit card terminal - requesting payment in cash only.


Attended by employees


You can use this filter to find customers attended by a particular staff member in a given period.


Sample scenario:

If an employee quits or is made redundant, you can find their customers and send them a message with a special offer, encouraging them to stay with the business, rather than following the employee.


Number of appointments


You can use this filter to find customers who used your services a specific number of times in a given period.


You can leave either the from or the to field empty. For example, if you enter "2" in the from field, and leave the to field blank, you will find all customers who have had at least two appointments.


Sample scenario:

Creating a group of regular customers (by entering a number in the from field or creating a group of new customers by entering a number in the to field.


Cancelled appointments


You can use this filter to find customers with the highest number of cancelled appointments (no-shows).


Sample scenario:

Creating a group of customers who often miss their appointments, for example to collect advance payments.


Have a birthday / name day


You can use this filter to create a group of customers who celebrate their birthdays or name days in a given period. 


Sample scenario:

Targeting customers who celebrate their birthdays with a special offer.


Have services scheduled


Find customers who have particular services scheduled. 


Sample scenario:

If a service requires some preparations, you can find customers who have the service booked and remind them about the preparations.


Haven't purchased a service


Find customers who haven't used a particular service in a given period.


Sample scenario:

If you have a special offer on some service, you can quickly find customers who haven't used it yet and advertise it.


No appointments booked


Find customers who do not have any appointments in the selected period.


Sample scenario:

Finding customers who stopped visiting your business and sending them a message encouraging them to return.


Do not belong to groups


Find customers who do not belong to a particular group.


Sample scenario:

Creating a list of all customers except for those who belong to a given group (e.g. those with cancelled appointments).


* Loyalty points


This filter will show only if you use the Loyalty Program add-on, and will allow you to find customers who have a given amount of loyalty points.
