Customer reviews are not only a great way to market your business, but also provide you with useful feedback that will allow you to adjust your offer to the needs of your clientele and raise the service level.
Using the reviews report, you can check how many reviews were written in a given period and what the average rating was for the business, individual staff members and individual services.
In order to generate the reviews report:
- Click statistics in the left sidebar:
- Select the option reviews in the left sidebar:
Tip: You can also go to settings > reviews and click Statistics in the menu of the left.
- The report will be generated for the default period of last 7 days. You can change the period by clicking the date field at the top of the page:
- In order to view service review stats, click the Services tab:
