You can change the regular price while checking out an appointment. In the future, it will be possible to set a default discount for a particular customer.
It may be useful to include information on the discount in the notes section of a customer record. This way the discount will be visible for each of the customer's appointments when you hover the cursor over it. This will enable you to check the customer's discount while managing appointments in the calendar.
