Automatic appointment reminders can help you save time and reduce no-shows. However, if you don't wish to send them, you can disable them at any time.
Tip: Instead of disabling appointment reminders, you can block them for particular customers who do not wish to receive them.

In order to disable automatic appointment reminders:
- Sign in to Versum as an administrator
- Click settings in the left sidebar
- Click automatic messages
- Click the disable option next to status:
- Click confirm in the message that will pop up.
The status of automatic appointment reminders will change to "Inactive" and reminders will be disabled.
If you'd like to turn them back on at any time, you can do it by clicking enable:
