Using Versum, you can change your subscription plan at any moment to increase the number of available employee planners or access features unavailable on lower billing plans. 


A new subscription plan will be invoiced proportionally to the number of days remaining in the subscription period during which the change is made and in the following subscription periods. 


In order to change the subscription:


  1. Sign in as an administrator
  2. Click settings in the left sidebar
  3. Click the invoices and subscription button
  4. In the left menu, select the Subscription option:


  5. Click the change subscription plan button
  6. Select the subscription period (the longer, the better the price):

  7. Click the select this plan button below the subscription plan of your choice:


  8. Make sure you've selected the right subscription plan and click the Change my subscription plan button.
