By default, staff members (service providers) are available during opening hours (e.g. clients can make bookings online with them). 

However, if the working hours of some staff members are different, you can set their availability to "unavailable". You will still be able to overwrite it by scheduling breaks, leaves and other absences. 

In order to set default employee availability:

  1. Click settings in the left sidebar:

  2. Click the opening hours button:


  3. Go to the Staff Availability tab:


  4. From the drop-down menu, select an appropriate availability for a given employee:

  5. Click save.
