You can assign multiple products to a manufacturer without having to edit them separately. Note that this can only be done by administrators.
How to change the manufacturer of multiple products:
- Sign in as an administrator
- Click inventory in the left sidebar
- Select products you'd like to assign to a manufacturer
Tip: By selecting the top check box, next to the Name column heading, you select all products on the list. You can also select a product category from the menu on the left, and then select particular or all products from that category. - Click edit selected on the right:
- Select the option assign to a manufacturer
- Select the manufacturer you'd like to assign the products to and click assign:
