Based on usage formulas and scheduled appointments, Versum predicts backbar usage for upcoming 7 or 30 days. You get a list of related products along with the predicted backbar consumption, current stock level and missing quantities. Thanks to that, you can reorder products before you run out of them!
In order to view predicted backbar usage:
- Click inventory in the left sidebar
- Go to the usage tab:
- Click planned usage in the left menu:
- Versum will display a table including all products assigned to upcoming appointments with services that have usage formulas defined. You can switch between upcoming 7 days and upcoming 30 days, clicking an appropriate button:
