Versum allows you to edit products in bulk. This option will allow you to change prices by percentage or amount, as well as assign products to categories or manufacturers. 


In order to edit products in bulk:


  1. Click inventory in the left sidebar:


  2. Select the products you would like to edit (they will be highlighted in yellow):


  3. Click the edit selected button on the right and select the relevant option, depending on what you'd like to do:


  4. If you change prices, enter the percentage value or amount the prices will be changed by (you can use negative values):


    If you change the category or the manufacturer, use the drop down menu:


  5. Depending on what you do, click change or assign on the right (as shown above).
