The most common problems related to rendering of the appointment book include incorrect position of the timeline or missing time intervals. Such problems are almost invariably caused by setting the zoom option in the internet browser to value different than 100%. 


In other words, for the appointment book to display correctly, the zoom option needs be set to 100%. The simplest way to achieve that is to press the ctrl and 0 (zero) keys on your keyboard simultaneously.
