Versum allows you to assign staff members to service categories. Owing to that, after selecting a service to book in the online booking panel customers will only see specialists who are able to provide it.


In order to assign an employee to a service category:

  1. Click settings in the left sidebar:

     

  2. Click the employees button
  3. Click the name of the employee you'd like to assign to a category
  4. Click the edit button in the right upper corner:


  5. In 9. Service categories select categories the employee should be assigned to. Click the + icon to expand the list and see all categories:


    You can also add a new category by clicking the add a new category

  6. Click the save changes button.
