You can freely change the order of employees in the appointment book. They will show in the same order in the appointment book and the employees module.


Tip: If you use the Resources add-on, you can change the order of resources (rooms and equipment) in a similar way.


To change the order of employees:


  1. Click the settings button in the left sidebar
  2. Go to employees
  3. Click change order on the right:


  4. Drag and drop employees by clicking the three-line icon:


  5. Click done in the right upper corner.

Employees will show in the same order in the appointment book.
