If you are not able to complete an online order, you can cancel it and the customer who has placed the order will be automatically notified about the cancellation via email. You will need to refund the payment to the customer from your PayPal account.
To cancel an online order:
- Go to the inventory module
- Select the sales tab:
- In the menu on the left, click online orders:
- Find the order on the list of online orders and click details:
Tip: To make it easier to find orders with the 'pending' status, in the Show orders drop-down menu select pending:
Tip: You can also click the view order link in the email with information about a new online order. Clicking the link will redirect you to the order details in Versum. - Click the cancel order button and confirm the action:
