Once a customer places an order in your online store, you will get an email with information about the order and the customer's details necessary to process the order. The order will also be displayed on the list of online orders in inventory > sales > online orders. When you get the order, you can either start processing it or cancel it if, for any reason, you are not able to complete it.
To complete an online order:
- Go to the inventory module
- Select the sales tab:
- In the menu on the left, click online orders:
- Find the order on the list of online orders and click details:
Tip: To make it easier to find orders with the 'pending' status, in the Show orders drop-down menu select pending:
Tip: You can also click the view order link in the email with information about a new online order. Clicking the link will redirect you to the order details in Versum. - Check the order details and once you finish processing it, click mark as completed in the right top corner and confirm the action:
