If you wish, you can switch off the prepayment requirement for individual customer. Thanks to that, your regular customers who you trust will not have to make a prepayment when booking an appointment.


In order to switch off the prepayment requirement for a customer:

  1. Sing in as an administrator
  2. Go to the customers module
  3. Click the name and surname of the customer that you want to switch off the prepayment requirement for 
  4. Click edit
  5. Click the drop-down menu in point 19. Prepayment and select the Never require option:
  6. Click save settings.


In order to switch off the prepayment requirement for multiple customers at once:

  1. Sing in as an administrator
  2. Go to the customers module
  3. Select the customers for whom you want to switch off the prepayment requirement
  4. Click actions in the top right corner
  5. From the drop-down menu, select prepayment settings:
  6. Click the drop-down menu in the pop-up window and select Never require:
  7. Click Save changes.
