If you wish, you can switch off the prepayment requirement for individual customer. Thanks to that, your regular customers who you trust will not have to make a prepayment when booking an appointment.
In order to switch off the prepayment requirement for a customer:
- Sing in as an administrator
- Go to the customers module
- Click the name and surname of the customer that you want to switch off the prepayment requirement for
- Click edit
- Click the drop-down menu in point 19. Prepayment and select the Never require option:
- Click save settings.
In order to switch off the prepayment requirement for multiple customers at once:
- Sing in as an administrator
- Go to the customers module
- Select the customers for whom you want to switch off the prepayment requirement
- Click actions in the top right corner
- From the drop-down menu, select prepayment settings:
- Click the drop-down menu in the pop-up window and select Never require:
- Click Save changes.
