When configuring the feature of prepayments, you can decide whether you want to enable automatic cancellation of appointments for which prepayments have not been made on time.

To enable/disable automatic cancellation of appointments:

  1. Sign in as an administrator
  2. Go to the settings module
  3. Click payments:
  4. Click edit in the right top corner
  5. Click Show in the Advanced section
  6. Select or deselect the Automatic cancellation of appointments checkbox, depending on whether you want the option to be enabled or disabled, and then select one of the available cancellation dates: 24h, 48h or 72h after adding the prepayment. Alternatively, you can set your own custom period:
  7. Click save.
