Once you enable prepayments on your Versum account, the payments section will be added to the customer record. In this section, you will be able to find information about the prepayments balance of a given customer and track any related changes. You will also get a quick access to the history of transactions in case of any doubts on the part of a customer.

In order to access a customer's payments balance:

  1. Click customers in the left sidebar
  2. Click the name of the customer, whose balance you'd like to check
  3. In the menu on the left, select payments:
  4. In the Prepayments section, you can view the list of all prepayments made by your customers with details such as the amount and payment method, as well as the possibility to refund a prepayment
  5. To access the customer's balance history and see the list of all transactions, click the Balance history tab:
