Versum allows you to change the prepayment amount for multiple services at once.


In order to change the prepayment amount for multiple services:

  1. Sign in to Versum as an administrator
  2. Click services in the left sidebar
  3. On the list of services, select the ones that you want to change the prepayment amount for:
    Tip: If you want to change the prepayment amount for all services, select the checkbox next to the Name column header.

  4. Select change prepayments amount from the drop-down menu in the right upper corner:
  5. Select a percentage of the service price or a fixed amount of money and set the prepayment amount:

  6. Click change.
