The main search box in Versum allows to quickly search for customers, employees, products and services.
You can find it in the main menu at the top of the page. It is available at any time, from every section in the system.
To use the search box, click the search field with the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page and enter a phrase which you want to use to search for a customer, an employee, a product or a service:
You can search by the following details:
- customers: name, surname, phone numbers, customer record number, description
- employees: name, surname, email, phone, description
- products: name, manufacturer, stock keeping unit, barcode, description
- services: name and description
If too many search results are displayed, you can use quotation marks to narrow down the list, so that the results correspond to the exact searched phrase.
