In order to easily find employees whose schedules you want to see or edit, you can change the default view of employee schedules. Thanks to that, you can have easy access to those employees whose planners are active and visible in the appointment book.

To change employee work schedules default view:

  1. Click settings in the left sidebar
  2. Click the schedules button:
  3. In the drop-down menu next to Employees at the bottom of the page and select the Visible in the appt. book option:
