If you do not want customers to be able to book appointments online with an employee, you can disable the option for the employee. 

In order to disable online booking for an employee:

  1. Sign in to Versum as an administrator
  2. Go to the settings section in the left sidebar
  3. Click online booking:
  4. In the menu on the left click Employees:

  5. Next to the name of the employee for whom you want to disable online booking, click disable in the online booking section:

  6. The online booking status will change to disabled.
