In customer record, you can display all the information about a customer, such as: personal details, appointment history, statistics, reviews, information about the Loyalty Program, photo gallery, attached files and information about gift cards and packages.
Customer record - step by step:
- Click the customer button in the left sidebar
- Find the customer whose record you want to access (you can use the search field on the left)
- Click the customer's name and surname:
- Once you have clicked the name and surname, the basic information about the customer will be displayed. To access more detailed information, select an appropriate section in the menu on the left:
