In the customer record, you can check whether a given customer gave their consent and what type of message (email, SMS) they receive.


To view the list of consents given and types of messages sent to a customer:


  1. Go to the customers module
  2. Find the customer on the list (you can use the search box on the left)
  3. Click the customer's name:


  4. In the left menu, click the messaging tab:


The customer's contact details, types of messages received along with communication channels (email, SMS) and a list of consents accepted by the customer will be displayed.
