In addition to the default data processing agreements, you can also add your own, e.g. for the needs of competitions you organise.


To add your own data processing agreement:


  1. SIgn in as an administrator
  2. Go to the settings module
  3. Click the business details button
  4. In the menu on the left, click on the Consents option:


  5. In the upper right corner, click the add consent button:


  6. In point 1, enter the content of consent
  7. In point 2, specify whether the consent is obligatory (then, the customer will have to accept the consent before being added to the database).
  8. In points 3 and 4, specify visibility of consent:
    • To make the consent visible for employees, check option 3.
    • To make the consent visible for customers in the online reservation panel, check option 4. In this case, the customer will have to accept the consent before booking the first appointment online
  9. Click the create button.
