In order to quickly find customers in your customer database in Versum, you can use the global search box, available wherever you are in Versum, at the top of the page:
You can also use the search box in the customers module (enter the module by clicking the customers button in the left sidebar):
You can search using the following data:
- first name
- last name
- email address
- phone
- customer record number
- description
