When configuring the feature of prepayments, you can decide whether you want to enable automatic cancellation of appointments for which prepayments have not been made on time.
To enable/disable automatic cancellation of appointments:
- Sign in as an administrator
- Go to the settings module
- Click payments:
- Click edit in the right top corner
- Click Show in the Advanced section
- Select or deselect the Automatic cancellation of appointments checkbox, depending on whether you want the option to be enabled or disabled, and then select one of the available cancellation dates: 24h, 48h or 72h after adding the prepayment. Alternatively, you can set your own custom period:
- Click save.
