Once you enable the prepayments in your Versum account, the payments section will be added to the customer record. In this section, you will be able to find information about the prepayments balance of a given customer and track any related changes. You will also get quick access to the history of transactions in case of any doubts on the part of a customer.


In order to access a customer's payments balance:

  1. Click customers in the left sidebar
  2. Click the name of the customer, whose balance you'd like to access
  3. In the menu on the left, select payments:
  4. In the Prepayments section, you can view the list of all prepayments made by your customers with details such as amount and payment method as well as the possibility to refund a prepayment
  5. To access the customer's balance history and see the list of all transactions, click Balance history:
