If a customer does not wish to receive messages with review requests after their appointment, you can turn them off for the customer at any time. It can be done either by a service provider or a customer.

Service providers can turn off sending both SMS and email messages with review requests in the customer record in the system, while customers can turn the messages off by clicking a link in the email they receive (for email messages) or by editing details in the online booking panel (both for email and/or text messages).

In order to block messages with review requests - instruction for a service provider:

  1. Find the customer on the list of customers (you can use the search field at the top of the page or in the customers section) and then click their name:


  2. Click edit in the right upper corner:

  3. Click show in the advanced section at the bottom of the page:


  4. In the message type section, deselect the SMS or email checkboxes (or both if a customer does not wish to receive review requests at all) next to the Appointment reviews message type:

  5. Click save changes.


In order to block messages with review requests - instruction for a customer:

  1. Log in to your online booking account
  2. Click the drop-down menu next to your name and select edit details:
  3. Depending on the type of message you want to block, deselect an approppriate checkbox next to the message type in the Messaging preferences section:

  4. Click save changes.
