You never get a second chance to make a good first impression! How customers perceive your business is not just a result of a perfect haircut or flawless skin. What also matters are the emotions that accompanied the visit. You can now improve your customers' experience by thanking them for choosing your offer and encouraging them to schedule subsequent appointments. Caring about the customer's feelings builds a positive relation and takes you a step closer to meeting your new - maybe now regular - customer again.

How does it work?

The First impressions last campaign allows you to send automatic messages to new customers after their first visit. You can create your own message or use the default template. For example, you can thank for choosing your offer or encourage them to schedule another one. All you need to do is create the message once and the system will automatically send it to your customers.

What is more, you can also create two follow-up messages that will be sent to customers four and eight weeks after the first appointment respectively, unless they visit you again in the meantime.

Note: If a customer makes an appointment in the meantime, next messages from the First impressions last campaign will not be sent. If you want your customers to receive messages after their next appointment too, enable the Time to explore campaign.

What are the benefits?

Statistics show that the moments after the first visit are crucial for customer retention - that's when customers usually decide whether to book another appointment or not. The ability to influence their decision at this very moment is therefore extremely valuable. The First impressions last campaign can increase the number of customers returning to your salon after the first visit by up to 60%. Once configured and launched, the campaign works automatically and requires no support. Make sure you do everything you can to turn a new customer into a regular one.
