What is it?


In the case of some services, it is vital that customers use them regularly or arrange follow-up appointments. Thanks to the Recurring appointments campaign, a customer will receive an automatic message in due time, which will remind them that it is time to schedule their next appointment. 


You can add separate reminders for individual services by customizing their content and dispatch time. As a result, the customer will receive all relevant information and the message will always be sent at the right moment.


What are the benefits?


It often happens that customers forget to make an appointment for a follow-up treatment or a subsequent appointment in the case of services which require several appointments to be effective. An automatic reminder minimizes the risk and encourages customers to make appointments regularly. It will help you achieve better results of your services as well as improve customer loyalty thereby increasing your income.


How to enable the Recurring appointments campaign?


Messages sent as part of the campaign are assigned to a given service. This is because the treatments should be repeated at the frequency specified particularly for them. Thanks to this, reminders about the next appointment or the need to repeat a treatment will always be sent at the right time.  


In order to add a message sent as part of the Recurring appointments campaign:

  1. Click settings in the left sidebar
  2. Click the Marketing Automation button
  3. Click the Recurring appointments button in the menu on the left


  4. Click new reminder in the right upper corner
  5. Add the name of the reminder, select the service it will refer to (you can create one reminder for multiple services as well), determine the time period after which the reminder will be sent

    Note: a "month" equals 30 days, "three months" and "six months" equal 90 and 180 days respectively.

  6. In point 4, select the type of message to be sent:

    SMS - an SMS text message will be sent only.
    email -
    an email will be sent only.
    prefer SMS -
    if a correct phone number has been entered in the customer's record, an SMS text message will be sent. Otherwise an email will be sent.
    prefer email -
    if a correct email address has been entered in the customer's record, an email will be sent. Otherwise a text message will be sent.

  7. Select the checkboxes next to the consents which are required for the reminder 
  8. Read the default content of the reminder. Edit it or create a new message if necessary
  9. Click create message.


In order to edit or delete a reminder:

  1.  Click settings in the left sidebar
  2. Click the Marketing Automation button
  3. Click the Recurring appointments button in the menu on the left
  4. Click the name of the reminder that you want to edit or delete
  5. Click the more drop-down menu in the right upper corner and then select edit to change the name or sending time of the reminder, or deactivate it. If you want to delete the reminder, select delete reminder:
