The Loyalty Program terms and conditions will be available for customers in the online booking panel. If a customer decides to participate in the Loyalty Program, they will have to accept the terms and conditions.
You can use a template provided in Versum or draw up your own version of the terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program consist of the main document - the terms of use - and appendices, which are attached automatically based on the Loyalty Program settings. Appendices are an integral part of the terms and conditions.
In order to edit the content of the terms and conditions:
- Log in to Versum as an administrator
- Click settings in the left sidebar
- In the add-on settings section, click the loyalty program button:
- Click settings in the menu on the left:
- Click the terms and conditions button:
- Click edit in the right upper corner
- Use the editor to introduce changes to the terms and conditions
- Click save.
