The Versum Loyalty Program sends messages to customers with information about the awarded points, which helps to build their commitment. You can decide which messages will be sent and modify their content.
In order to edit the Loyalty Program messages:
- Log in as an administrator
- Click settings in the left sidebar
- In the add-on settings section, click the loyalty program button:
- Click settings in the menu on the left:
- Click the messages button:
- Click edit next to the message you want to edit:
- To enable or disable a message, click the Enable / Disable link next to the delivery status and then confirm:
- To determine the type of message or edit the content, click edit in the right upper corner:
- To determine the type of message, click the drop-down menu in point 1. Send as and select one of the options:
- Prefer email - if a correct email address has been entered in the customer record, the message will be sent as an email. Otherwise, an SMS text message will be sent instead
- Only email - only email messages will be sent - Select the consents which are required for the message to be sent
- Use the editor in the Message section to edit the content of the message
Tip: You can only edit the certain parts of the message. It is not possible to edit the number of awarded points, the date awarded and other related information - Click save at the bottom of the page.
