After logging in for the first time, Versum will get you through some initial configuration of the account. You will enter the following details:

  • the business name and contact details
  • the opening hours
  • the staff (you will be able to add employee details later on):


Once you provide required information, you will be able to launch Versum and enter further data: service, customers and product databases (we can help you import these to the system, if you have existing databases). You will also learn how to add appointments.
