Versum allows you to edit the gift card templates you created at any moment. You can also delete the ones you no longer need.


In order to edit a gift card or package template:

  1. Sign in as an administrator or a receptionist
  2. Click settings in the left sidebar
  3. In the Add-on settings section, click gift cards and packages
  4. Click the name of the gift card you'd like to edit
    Tip: If you'd like to edit a service gift card, first go to the service gift cards tab. If you'd like to edit a package template, first go to packages tab.
  5. Click the more button on the right and select edit template:

  6. Change required details
  7. Click save changes.

In order to delete a gift card or package template:

  1. Sign in as an administrator or a receptionist
  2. Click settings in the left sidebar
  3. In the Add-on settings section, click gift cards and packages
  4. Click the name of the gift card you'd like to edit
    Tip: If you'd like to delete a service gift card, first go to the service gift cards tab. If you'd like to delete a package template, first go to packages tab.
  5. Click the more button on the right and select delete template:

  6. Click confirm.
