You can make selected staff members not available for online booking. They will retain their appointment planners, but customers will not be able to book with them online.
Tip: Staff members will be available for online booking only if they are assigned to a particular service category.
In order to hide a service provider from the online booking site:
- Sign in to Versum as an administrator
- Click settings in the left sidebar
- Click the online booking button
- Click Employees in the menu on the left:
- Click disable next to a particular employee:
- Click confirm.
