By default, staff members (service providers) are not available (e.g. clients cannot make bookings online with them) unless they have their schedules set. 

However, if some staff members are always available during opening hours, you can set their availability to "available". You will still be able to overwrite this availability by scheduling breaks, leaves and other absences. 

In order to set default employee availability:

  1. Click settings in the left sidebar:


  2. Click the opening hours button:


  3. Go to the staff availability tab:


  4. From the drop-down menu, select an appropriate availability for a given employee:


  5. Click save.
