Versum allows you to enjoy a full appointment history. Owing to that, you can check what services and products customers purchased, how much they paid, when they came and who the service provider was. You can also check what backbar products were used and in what quantities. 


In order to access a customer's appointment history:


  1. Click customers in the left sidebar:


  2. Click the name of the customer (you can use the search field)
  3. In the menu on the left, select the appointment history option:


  4. The list of all customer's appointments will appear. Appointments are grouped under tabs based on type: all appointments, pending, checked-out, cancelled:


  5. Click an appointment to check the details:

Apart from appointments being grouped in tabs, you can also use filters to display a services based on:
  • purchased services, 
  • employee (service provider)
  • purchased products.
