Adding services allows you to schedule appointments and enable online booking. You can subsequently edit services, updating any required details.


Adding, editing and deleting services - overview:



In order to add a service:

  1. Click services in the left sidebar:


  2. Click the add service button in the right upper corner
  3. Enter the name of the service. The name should be unique to allow to identify the service easily.
  4. Enter the duration of the service (you will be able to define the duration for each employee separately)
  5. Select the category of the service. It will allow you to display it in the online booking panel. If you need a new category, click the add a category link
             Tip: If a VAT rate has been assigned to the category, all services subsequently created in that category will inherit the              VAT rate.
             Tip: For VAT rates to appear, you firt need to configure your VAT settings. You can do it in settings > additional                      settings > VAT.
  6. Specify the price. You can select the option price range and enter the maximum price, creating a range
  7. Select the appropriate VAT rate

  8. (optional) Enter the description of the service. The description will be displayed in the online booking panel
  9. (optional) Add photos of the service. The photos will be shown in the online bookings panel.
  10. If you you the Loyalty Program add-on, define the loyalty points accrual rate (by default, the standard accrual rate applies)
  11. If you use the Resources add-on, click show to add a list of related resources
  12. At this point, you can click save service / save and add another. You can also click the show link in the advanced section to add further details:

    Promoted service - check this field to pin and highlight the service on the first page of the list of services in the online booking panel. > Learn more
    Online booking - choose an appropriate option to determine whether the service will be available for online booking
    Formula - Defining a formula, you specify which products and in what quantities are used for a service. When you check out an appointment, Versum will automatically update stock levels.  > More on furmulas


In order to edit a service:


  1. Click services in the left sidebar
  2. Find the service you'd like to edit (you can use the search box at the top of the page) and click its name:


  3. Click the edit button in the right upper corner 
  4. Update required details. For information on how to edit respective fields, see steps 1-12 above.
  5. Click save service.


In order to delete a service:


  1. Click services in the left sidebar
  2. Find the service you'd like to delete (you can use the search box at the top of the page) and click its name
  3. Click the more button in the right upper corner and select delete service:


  4. Click confirm.
