How does it work?


The Time to explore campaign allows you to automatically send messages to customers who visited you twice. The aim of the campaign is to cement the newly established relationship with the customer, on the one hand, and allow you to advertise your offer on the other hand.


Just create a message and the system will automatically send it for you. Each customer will receive three messages. The first one will be sent one day after a customer's second visit. Two more messages will be sent four and eight weeks after the second appointment, respectively, unless the customer visits you again in the meantime.

At this stage, you can show the customer the whole range of services you provide and make yourself perceived as a qualified, versatile specialist, rather than a one-trick pony.


The Time to explore campaign can increase the number of customers using different services or buying additional products by up to 40%. Launch it and it will run automatically. Ensure your customers use all the services you offer. They will be happy to find all they need under one roof and you will increase your revenue. 


In order to enable the Time to explore campaign:

  1. Click settings in the left sidebar
  2. Click the marketing automation button:
  3. Click Time to explore in the menu on the left:
  4. Read the default messages and change their content if you wish, by clicking edit next to a given message:
