By using the search criteria (filters) available in Versum, you can easily find customers who have accepted a particular consent, and then send them an SMS or email.


To send a message to customers who have given a particular consent:


  1. Sign in as an administrator or a receptionist
  2. Go to the customers section
  3. In the SEARCH CRITERIA section on the left, click the + more button to display the list of filters:


  4. From the list of filters, select consents
  5. Make sure that the given option has been selected in the drop-down menu:


  6. Select the consent from the drop-down menu below
  7. Click apply
  8. Check the select all box:

  9. Click the actions button in the upper right corner and then select the option send a message:


  10. In field 1. Type, select the type of message you want to send (SMS or email). Next, follow the instructions in one of the following articles:
