At any time, you can check on the customer's card that he gave his consent and what type of message (email, SMS) he receives.

The customer's record contains information on what consents he or she has given and what type of messages (emails, SMS text messages) he or she receives.

To view the list of consents given and types of messages sent to a customer:

  1. Go to the customers module
  2. Find the customer on the list (you can use the search box on the left)
  3. Click the customer's name:

  4. In the left menu, click the messaging tab:

The customer's contact details, types of messages received along with communication channels (email, SMS) and a list of consents accepted by the customer will be displayed.
